These terms cover moves booked with Pro Express Moving. Booking a date or paying a deposit means you agree to them.
Our services
We provide local and long-distance household moving with our own W-2 crews and trucks. We do not hand your job to another company.
Estimates
A quote is our best figure from the details you give. It can change if the real inventory differs, for example extra boxes, an unlisted piano, or a longer carry than described. We confirm any change before we load.
Payment and deposit
- A $100 deposit holds your date and applies to the final bill.
- The balance is due on completion, before the truck leaves the drop-off.
- We accept card and other standard methods at the yard.
Liability and coverage
Every move carries basic released value at no charge, and you can upgrade before move day.

Cargo is backed by $1M coverage with a nine-month claim window. For out-of-state hauls, that protection rides the whole long-distance route.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice and we rebook or refund the deposit. A same-day cancellation may keep the deposit to cover the crew we held for you.
