Pricing and paperwork
Commercial jobs are quoted flat after a walkthrough, since floor count, elevator access, and IT needs vary too much for a sticker price. Crews run $149/hr and up depending on headcount, and Carmen files the building COI naming your property manager. After-hours and weekend windows are the norm, not a premium surprise.
