Route FAQ

Do you handle SF parking permits?
Yes. Carmen pulls the SFMTA temporary no-parking permit (about $300) and we post signs 72 hours before unload so the truck has curb access.
What about steep-grade SF blocks?
We carry walk-boards and load-bars sized for SF stoop steps and split-level Victorian entries. A 16-ft shuttle is available if a 26-ft truck won’t fit the block.
Same crew start to finish?
Yes. Tyrese leads the haul personally with one extra mover. No relay, no second carrier, no broker. Loaded by PEM, unloaded by PEM.
Is the price binding?
Yes. The signed California flat rate locks the figure. Fuel, mileage, labor, pad-wrap, basic disassembly, and $1M cargo coverage all included.
