LA’S 24/7 OWNER-ANSWERED CANYON-ROAD CREW · LOS ANGELES CA

Pro Express Moving

Day-or-night LA local movers answered by the owner’s cell — Andre Park takes the call until 8pm, Dmitri Volkov dispatches the overnight shift from 8pm to 8am. We thread 16-ft shuttles through Mulholland switchbacks, wrap Bel Air estates, and handle Warner Bros set-strikes the same week. Out of our Burbank Media District yard since 2018, fully licensed California HHG mover with $1M cargo on every load.

Forms come straight to Carmen Reyes at our Burbank office — se habla español, also Korean if you ask for Andre. Your ZIPs price your Los Angeles move, nothing else. No broker hand-off, no lead sale, ever.

Glendale-Koreatown Native

Burbank-Based, Los Angeles and the SoCal metro-Wide

After seven years dispatching trucks for North American Van Lines out of their old Vermont Ave terminal, Andre Park opened Pro Express Moving with one promise: the owner answers the phone, day or night. 8 years later we still run only Los Angeles and the SoCal metro — no franchise model, no broker pipeline, no answering service between you and a real LA crew chief.

Every mover on your job is W-2, drug-tested, and rolling out of the 91505 Burbank yard in our own paint — never a leased truck, never day-labor swept off Craigslist. The written flat price gets signed before the gate code is shared.

A Koreatown 1-bed on Vermont, a Beverly Hills estate off Sunset, or a 3-bed in Beverly Hills heading down to Venice — the same Aaron Park crew shows up with the same pads, the same shuttles, and clean Burbank-yard storage when escrow drags an extra week.

State HHG license on file with the California PUC, DOT and MC authority filed for cross-state runs out of Burbank, plus $1M cargo coverage on every move — the legal side closes before a single roll of shrink-wrap leaves the shelf.

Los Angeles Move & Specialty Menu

From a $525 upright piano across Los Angeles to a $2,495 three-bedroom rolling north on I-5 to the Bay, the same Pro Express crew handles the whole ticket. Need a Warner Bros set-strike or a wrap-out for production? Tyrese’s team has done it — weekday or wrap-night, just say so.

What Sets Us Apart

Why LA Households Stick With Pro Express Moving

Licensing Locked Down

Fully licensed CA household-goods mover, DOT and MC authority filed for interstate work, $1M cargo coverage on every move — a Silver Lake walk-up or a Burbank-to-Vegas haul on I-15, the legal stack is closed before Aaron rolls a truck.

Old Floors, Tight Stairwells, Estate Banisters

Original oak in a Los Feliz Spanish, Italian travertine in a Bel Air foyer, freshly-finished concrete in a DTLA Arts District loft — floor runners, door-jamb pads and banister shrink go down before a single box gets touched. Same protocol at the pickup and the drop.

24/7 Owner-Answered Dispatch

Call at 2pm Wednesday and you get Andre Park; call at 2am Saturday and you get Dmitri Volkov at the overnight desk. Both movers at your door are W-2, background-checked, and trained inside the Burbank shop — never a leased crew, never a phone tree.

One Written Price, No Curb Surprises

The figure Jared Whitmore sends from the Pasadena estimator desk is the figure that lands on your receipt — not an hourly clock that drags past sunset, not a fuel line tacked on at the curb, not a heavy-item charge that nobody mentioned over the phone.

Born & Based in LA

Neighborhood-Level Knowledge of Los Angeles & Los Angeles and the SoCal metro

No call center, no out-of-state dispatcher patching you through. The crew knows which Hollywood Hills cul-de-sacs have a 16-ft truck limit, which Beverly Hills HOAs need a same-day COI, which DTLA freight elevators close at 5pm sharp. 8 years of moving households for Pro Express Moving means the questions we ask on the call are the ones movers in another zip code wouldn’t know to ask.

Across The LA Basin

Routes That Cover All Of Los Angeles and the SoCal metro

Out of the 91505 Burbank yard we run the I-405 spine for Westside and South Bay, I-10 for the Eastside through Pasadena, I-5 down to OC or up to the Grapevine, and US-101 for the Valley shuttle into Hollywood. If the town is on this list — or sits along one of those freeways — Carmen can usually fit you in within the week.

A Note From Andre

The Owner Picks Up, Day Or Night

“I left North American Van Lines in 2018 with one box truck and the cell number my customers still call — the one I still answer. 8 years and a real fleet later, the rule is unchanged: I take your call until 8pm, Dmitri takes it overnight, and the LA crew at your door is on my payroll, never somebody we found that morning on Craigslist.”

Common LA Questions

Los Angeles Movers, Answered Plainly

What does a move cost in Los Angeles?
Two clean ways to price it, and Andre walks you through both. By the hour it is $149 for a 24/7 dispatch crew and truck, $129 for three, and $179 for four, and the clock starts when we reach your door, not at the yard. When the job is clear up front we lock one flat rate by home size instead — a studio runs about $320 to $480, a one-bedroom $480 to $880, a two-bedroom $880 to $1,580, a three-bedroom $1,580 to $2,480, and a four-bedroom $2,480 to $3,880. Tell us the pickup, the drop-off, the front steps or elevator on each end, and how the parking reads, and we hand you a written figure — the rate we quote anywhere across Los Angeles and LA County is the rate you settle on move day, owner-walked and on budget.
Is It’s Your Move licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed for household moves anywhere in California under a state HHG household-goods license, and we carry DOT/MC interstate authority on file for long-haul runs, so a Downtown LA job and a haul up I-5 to San Francisco both ride on proper paperwork. Every move carries $1 million in cargo coverage, and we send our credentials or a Certificate of Insurance straight to a Mission Ridge loft, a West Los Angeles high-rise, or any building management or HOA that needs one on file before the date.
What does your full-service move actually cover?
The whole job, start to finish, not just the truck ride. Our crew pads and shrink-wraps the furniture, breaks down bed frames and tables, and lays floor and doorway protection before anything leaves the house. Want it all handled? We bring the boxes, paper, and tape and pack the place for you, full or partial. Local or long-distance, a home or an office, with packing or storage on either end — one IYM crew runs the same owner-walked routine on every piece, pianos and gun safes right alongside the boxes, so you are never chasing three different vendors on move day.
How far out should I book the crew?
Saturdays and the last week of the month fill up first, so allow two or three weeks of lead time on those, and a touch more when a Mission Ridge loft or a West Los Angeles high-rise has to reserve a freight-elevator window. Weekdays and mid-month dates often open up on just a few days’ notice, and when a truck is sitting free we are happy to take last-minute or same-day work. Call (888) 278-9005 and we will tell you straight what is still on the board.
Do you take a deposit up front?
Most local Los Angeles moves take nothing down — a quick confirmation call the day before is all we need. Long-haul interstate jobs and the busiest Saturday dates hold the slot with a small refundable deposit, and every dollar of it comes right off your final balance.
Where does your crew move?
Los Angeles and right across Los Angeles County — Downtown Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, Mission Ridge, University Hills, East Los Angeles Village, Tall Tex Estates, Studio City, Midland, Big Spring, Stanton, and the rest of LA, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties in between. We run I-405, I-10, US-101, Sunset Blvd, and Mulholland Dr every day, handling everything from a Studio City studio to a stilted bungalow with steep front steps in University Hills, and we head out across SoCal, the I-5 corridor, and beyond on the long hauls on a regular basis.
Got storage at the Burbank yard if escrow drags?
Yes — our 91505 Burbank yard runs climate-stable indoor vaults built for the Southern California sun. Most clients moving between Hollywood Hills and Westside escrow timelines put a load with us for two to six weeks while the title company catches up. $245 per month flat, and the same Aaron Park crew loads you in and brings you back out with no re-handling fee.
How does Jared price an LA job — hourly or flat?
Local moves are billed at $199/hr with a two-mover Pro Express crew. Typical 1-bed lands at $625, 2-bed around $1,350, 3-bed near $2,495. Long-distance work (I-5 to the Bay, I-15 to Vegas, I-10 to Phoenix) starts at $3,295 on a written flat price after Jared Whitmore walks the inventory. Everything signed before Aaron rolls a single truck.
Is a deposit required to lock my LA move date?
A flat $275 deposit holds your slot on the dispatch board and credits straight against the final invoice. End-of-month Fridays and the first weekend of each month book up fastest in ; if you have a hard escrow date, ping Carmen two to three weeks ahead and the slot stays yours.
What coverage rides with my load across LA?
Every truck rolls out of the Burbank yard with federal released-value liability standard and our $1M cargo coverage on every move active. For households with custom electronics, Steinway pianos or museum-grade art, we upgrade to full-value protection — Jared walks the options on the call before any contract gets signed, no curbside upsell on move day.
Need a Certificate of Insurance for a DTLA or Westside building?
Yes — Arts District lofts, Wilshire Corridor high-rises, Westwood condos, Century City towers, any Los Angeles and the SoCal metro building that wants a COI naming the property additional-insured: forward Carmen the management contact and the COI is issued free of charge before your scheduled move day.
